30th International Polar Conference 2027
The 30th International Polar Conference will be held in Bremerhaven, Germany, from 22 to 26 February 2027. It will be locally organized by the Alfred Wegener Institute Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research (AWI).
Under the motto “Crossing Boundaries – Poles in Transformation,” the conference will bring together researchers from different disciplines to discuss environmental change in polar and high-mountain systems and its relevance for the 5th International Polar Year (2032/33).
